Our team has worked with the church through the purchase of their property and well as initial discussions with the city for planning and zoning. The campus will provide a new 40,000 square foot building with worship, kids suite, and office suite and allows for future growth. Future growth phase space on the property will be utilized by the church to serve the community through a soccer fi eld and frisbee golf course.

Our team produced a master plan for a new site for the church to outline expected growth. The church intends for a gym building with classroom spaces to serve as their phase 1 building to activate the site. Future phases includes a worship building with phased growth strategies. The campus will add education, youth and offi ce spaces in future connected phases.

A new approximately 30,000 square foot two story church building to house worship, education, and church offi ces. The worship space will seat around 1,200 guests across the first floor and mezzanine level. With it's proximity to the coast and the church's desire for an open environment, the foyer features roll up doors to allow an indoor / outdoor environment for guests. The church intends to have services and community events in the foyer with the roll up doors open to the community.

The VisionBridge Team created master plans for both campuses for Spring Baptist Church as well as numerous built projects completed to date. These master plans include a path to create all spaces under one building from all of the independent buildings on the Spring campus as well as the anticipated growth for the Klein campus. To date we have completed a stage remodel, educations space build out, and a sky bridge to connect multiple buildings. Our team is currently looking to re-purpose their steeple as well as initial design for future buildings to be used as a basis for fundraising efforts.

A new church building designed to account for the influx of guests during winter months when travel to the island increases. The building is designed to comfortably seat the year round crowd while allowing the ability to seamlessly expand to include the winter crowds. Through the use of operable partitions the church has the ability to control the size of their worship space and need for classroom space. The operable partitions can create a large central space or reduce the worship space and provide additional classroom spaces.

This project opened for first services in 2022 on Galveston Island and has received numerous award nominations in both Galveston as well as the surrounding area. The building was originally built as a Buick dealership in the 1950’s. Buick moved out of the building and it become a automotive repair shop and eventually a junk yard. Renovations required a new facade for the church as well raising a portion of the roof to allow the offi ce suite on the second fl oor. The church had originally worked with a design build contractor for the project prior to that company going out of business. We stepped in to redesign the fl oor plan and building overall.

Developed a new worship building for the existing campus that would allow the Church to move all ministry functions into a new space with ample room to grow. This structure included a worship area for 250 people, a fellowship space, and an education classroom.

Our team worked with the church for a site wide master plan and phase 1 project. The phase 1 project took an existing plumbing supply store and transformed the space into a church. The project consisted of a worship space, foyer, and children's classrooms for the church plant.
