Architect - President

Mark W. Todd has been involved in architecture, planning, and construction since 1979. His architectural experience includes design of projects in almost every area of religious, institutional, commercial, medical and educational facilities, as well as master planning and feasibility studies. This diversified background enables Mark to offer a broad scope of innovative services. In addition to the experience in his practice, Mark served on the School Board for Covenant Christian School from 2012-2016, and he is currently an active member at Northside Baptist Church in Huntsville as a Sunday School teacher, deacon, and trustee.

Consulting Director

Cal has over 10 years of experience as a ministry staff member or in a leadership position for specific ministries in the Church. With a strong analytical background, he has worked on a variety of large scale projects by collecting data and translating it into beneficial information and a strategic plan. Cal is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration emphasizing Non-Profit Management and a Bachelor’s Degree from Sam Houston State University in Business Administration with minors in Entrepreneurship and Business Communications. In addition to Cal’s experience, he is an active member at Champion Forest Baptist Church- North Klein.

Project Manager

Perry Eaton brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to the team. Perry's professional journey includes over 30 years of service in various ministry roles, from Youth and Worship to Senior Pastor. Additionally, he served as the Community Involvement/Communication Specialist for Brownsboro ISD. As the Founding Executive Director of Power Plus Youth Camp and the creator and developer of KJBB 94.7 Bear Radio Station, Perry has demonstrated his commitment to youth and community outreach. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and a master's degree from Sam Houston State University. Most recently, Perry served for seven years as the Associate Director of Missions for the San Felipe Baptist Association. He is enthusiastic about leveraging his extensive knowledge and church network to contribute to the team's success.
